作品有如一座博物館內的綠洲幻境，保存了某時某地的情感記憶。

臺灣動物們在島嶼上留下了許多故事，在最初，他們是土地的主人，以山林為床褥，河溪為樂園。

如同作家以文字創作，藝術家透過擅長的織作，使用纖維複合媒材，以人造毛絨纖維、毛線、花紗拼組織作，呈現臺灣動物的美麗花紋與植被的多元質地。以自身回應在調研與閱讀文學文本中產生的一次次情感碰撞，將臺灣豐富的生態情境、物種為靈感，透過織造勞動歷程，反覆思考人類與大地萬物間的關係，拼湊自身關於自然與動物的想像。

這些印象來自圖片，來自字裡行間，最後以奇幻的形式呈現，將臺灣動物的美麗紋理幻化織品設計，隱藏在巨幅的地景作品間，觀看者可以走入其中，成為一份子，並在巨大的包圍下感到內心的柔軟被觸碰。

想像在某的平行宇宙的太空艙裡有座方舟，裡面瑰麗燦爛的生命仍被保留，臺灣雲豹還存在，有一天降落在某處或某人心中。

The work unfolds like an oasis-like dreamscape within the museum, preserving the emotional memory of a particular time and place.

Taiwan’s animals have left countless stories across the island. In the beginning, this land was theirs, with mountains and forests for their beds and rivers and streams for their playgrounds.

Just as writers create through words, the artist creates through weaving. Combining mixed-fiber materials—including synthetic plush fibers, yarn, and novelty yarn—the work uses piecing and weaving techniques to evoke the beautiful markings of Taiwan’s animals and the diverse textures of its vegetation.

The work is a personal response to each moment of emotional resonance encountered through research and the reading of literary texts. Inspired by Taiwan’s rich ecosystems and diverse species, the artist uses the slow, repetitive labor of weaving to reflect on the relationship between humankind and all beings of the earth, piecing together a personal vision of nature and animals.

These impressions emerge from images and from between the lines of literary texts. Ultimately transformed into fantastical forms, the beautiful markings of Taiwan’s animals become textile patterns concealed throughout the monumental landscape. Visitors are invited to step inside and become part of the work. Enveloped by its immense scale, they may feel the tenderest part of themselves gently touched.

Imagine an ark carried within a spacecraft in a parallel universe, where magnificent and radiant forms of life have been preserved. There, the Formosan clouded leopard still exists. Perhaps one day, the ark will land somewhere—or in someone’s heart.
